CONSTRUCTION WORKERS AVG. PER MONTH START

Seeking experienced heavy equipment operators or graders with their own tools and equipment for immediate pool installation work.

Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, a full-size truck, Bobcat/front loader, laser level, helper, and ability to cover a 200-mile radius.

Pool experience is helpful but not required; grading and heavy equipment experience are essential.

Installers typically install 20-30 pools/month, earning $1,400-$1,600 per install, averaging $20,000-$30,000/month.

Pay includes daily payments, fuel reimbursement, signing bonuses, and weekly bonuses for high productivity.

Requirements include insurance access (can be arranged), immediate availability, and ability to start on short notice.
