Manages data collection, analysis, and presentation of performance metrics, creating dashboards and reports for hospital committees.
Performs case reviews, identifies improvement opportunities, and supports practice guideline development.
Assists in staff orientation, participates in conferences, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards.
Requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years emergency/trauma nursing experience, current RN licensure, and certification within two years.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
