New Nurse Graduate (RN)

Support individuals with chronic kidney disease through specialized nursing care in a nonprofit setting. Our mission emphasizes patient-centered care, with a focus on compassionate service, competitive pay, paid training, and excellent benefits.

No dialysis experience required; training provided.

Full-time schedule with shifts starting at 5:00 a.m., Sundays off, no overnight shifts, and rotating hospital call after orientation.

Provide care in in-center hemodialysis or hospital units as part of a patient care team.

Monitor patients, prepare treatments, and ensure quality standards.

Administer medications, educate patients, and participate in care planning.

Contribute to training new staff and assist with inventory and documentation.
