CMM Programmer

We are a reputable CNC machine shop in the New York Metro area seeking an experienced CMM Programmer for a full-time role in the aerospace and defense industries.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience with CMM programming, using PC-DMIS software, GD&T, and First Article Test Reports.

The role involves programming, setting up, and operating CMMs for part inspection, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.

Key responsibilities include blueprint interpretation, calibration, quality control, documentation, and process improvement.

Requirements include strong knowledge of GD&T (ASME 14.5/Y), calibration, ISO 9001/AS9100 standards, and experience with CNC machinery.

Preferred qualifications include familiarity with high-precision industries, calibration expertise, and experience with equipment from manufacturers like Mori Seiki, Fadal, and Mitsubishi.
