SUMMARY:

The purpose of this engagement is to provide temporary administrative support to the Contract Management teams. The temporary employee will assist in day-to-day administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency, support customer interactions, and ensure effective contract administration.

OBJECTIVES:

To provide timely and accurate administrative support to Contract Management departments.

To facilitate smooth communication and documentation flow between internal teams and external customers/vendors.

To support contract lifecycle activities ensuring compliance and timely processing.

SCOPE OF WORK:

The temporary administrative employee will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following tasks:

Contract Management Administration

Assist in the preparation, formatting, and distribution of contract documents.

Maintain contract files and databases, ensuring all documentation is complete and up-to-date.

Monitor contract expiration dates and renewal deadlines, notifying relevant stakeholders.

Support the contract review process by organizing documents and facilitating communication between legal, procurement, and business units.

Assist in data entry and reporting related to contract compliance and performance metrics.

DELIVERABLES:

Accurate and updated customer records and reports.

Organized and complete contract documentation accessible to authorized personnel.

Timely notifications and reminders regarding contract milestones.

Daily logs of customer interactions and administrative activities performed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably supporting Customer Service and/or Contract Management.

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and contract management software (if applicable).

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information.

Bachelor's degree preferred).

2-4 years of Contract Administration/Management Experience

REPORTING:

The temporary employee will report directly to the Contract Management Supervisor.

Regular check-ins and progress updates will be conducted weekly.
