CAREGIVER / DSP / CNA F/T NOC Shift at our 4-Bed RCFE

Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity where you can make a meaningful impact on the lives of others? We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Caregivers to join our team of Direct Support Professionals (DSP).

Providence Residential Care provides support to individuals who need assistance with daily living due to an intellectual, developmental or cognitive disabilities. Our team provides direct care and supervision to four (4) clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a home / residential setting. Our goal is to help them with their daily living activities and empowering them to be their best!

Duties include:

Act as a role model and encourage positive interactions with others.

Work with individuals to encourage positive choices

Assist individuals in all areas of grooming and personal hygiene skills.

Assist in supervision of meal preparation and housekeeping, as assigned.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

What you’ll need:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

1 year caregiving experience preferred

CPR/First Aid Certification within 30 days of hire (company paid training)

DSP 1 Certification within 12 months (company paid training)

CPI Certification (company paid training)

Ability to pass pre-employment background checks, including fingerprinting, physical, TB screening

Ability to lift 50 lbs and move up to 100 lbs

We have flexible schedules and OVERTIME OPPORTUNITIES

PM Shifts: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM **PART-TIME**

Overnights (NOC): 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM **FULL-TIME**
