What You’ll Do:

As a Building Supervisor at Fedcap Rehabilitation Services, you will oversee operations in a 21-floor building while leading a team of 12 custodial workers.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Supervise & Lead – Manage custodial operations and ensure high cleaning standards.

Use Key Systems – Oversee work using NCMMS, CleanTelligent, and a ticketing system.

Schedule & Flexibility – Cover the afternoon shift (2:30 PM – 10:30 PM) with flexibility for morning coverage (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM).

Maintain Facilities – Ensure compliance with contract requirements and oversee special cleaning projects.

Manage Inventory – Track equipment, supplies, and maintenance needs.

You’re A Great Fit For This Role If You Have:

5+ years of custodial experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role

Knowledge of cleaning systems, supplies, and scheduling

Strong team leadership & communication skills

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, facility management software)

Ability to pass a government background check. This role is tied to a contract.

Schedule/Location

All Shifts (Afternoon: 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm, Morning: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm)

Location: Manhattan

Compensation

$34.78/hour for weekday hours (2:30 PM - 10:30 PM Monday through Friday)

$52.17/hour for overtime (and/or weekend hours assigned only in case of emergencies, e.g., Snow Removal, Floods, etc.)

Additional Benefits:

· Supplemental benefit: $1,215.82 per pay period

· 2 weeks PTO after 1 year

· 12 paid holidays

· 10 sick days
