In This Role, You’ll...

Teach classroom lectures, demonstrate maneuvers in the training yard, and lead road training following DOT guidelines with an emphasis on safety.

Guide students as they prepare for their CDL-A exam through hands-on practice, feedback, and motivation.

Support and encourage your students, help answer their questions, and ensure they’re ready for the road.

Complete NETTTS' instructor training program to become a certified instructor at no cost.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 3+ years operating Class A vehicles with a valid Class A license.

DOT Compliance: Must meet all DOT driver qualifications.

Passion for People: Enthusiastic, patient, and driven to support and uplift our students.

Communication Skills: Strong communicator ready to motivate a room!
