SHIFT is a modern wellness clinic focused on data-driven, root-cause health solutions. We specialize in advanced lab diagnostics, hormone optimization, peptide therapy, and GLP-1 treatments to help clients reclaim energy, body composition, and long-term vitality.

We are hiring two part-time Nurse Practitioners with the intention to grow each into a full-time clinical role. Ideal candidates are confident, driven, and ready to help scale a performance-focused wellness brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform and interpret functional health assessments and bloodwork

Draw patient labs and coordinate follow-up care

Prescribe and manage individualized treatment protocols, including HRT, peptides, and GLP-1s

Professionally educate clients on their lab results and next-step treatments

Support patient compliance, retention, and education through trusted rapport

Confidently recommend appropriate services and treatment plans (consultative sales)

Accurately document visits and track patient progress over time
