We’re looking for a Client Strategist to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you’ll own a portfolio of clients and act as a strategic thought leader by developing long-term strategic plans and driving client success through expertise in paid media, e-commerce/retail, and cross-channel marketing.
If you have a proven track record of managing high-impact marketing campaigns, leading cross-functional teams, and driving measurable results for retail and e-commerce brands, this could be the perfect role. You should be highly strategic, proactive, adaptable, and an expert communicator.

You’ll act as a trusted marketing strategic advisor for 5-8 clients, focusing on these core areas to ensure your clients are thriving:
Client Strategy + Client Success:
You’ll manage and execute data-driven strategies to drive client success, understanding what levers to pull and when.
You'll take the time to deeply understand each client’s business model, goals, and challenges, ensuring that strategies align with their overarching objectives.
You'll ensure all paid media efforts are strategically connected, creating a unified and effective marketing approach that drives measurable results.
Relationship Management:
You’ll actively lead all client meetings and build a strong rapport with key stakeholders on the client, agency, and partner side.
As the primary point of contact, you’ll not only oversee cross-channel marketing campaigns but also anticipate client needs, proactively addressing challenges and opportunities before they arise.
You’ll effectively communicate with clients on team capabilities and opportunities and proactively offer solutions for ad hoc issues.
Pod Leadership + Collaboration
You’ll guide internal teams, including media and search strategists, to ensure alignment on strategy, execution, and performance goals.
Whether solving client challenges or identifying growth opportunities, you’ll proactively lead brainstorming sessions and strategic discussions.
You’ll ensure cross-functional teams work efficiently together and balance day-to-day execution with big-picture strategy.
Media Knowledge + Reporting:
Acting as the bridge between internal and external teams, you’ll apply your expertise in e-commerce, marketing, and paid media to drive strategic insights.
You’ll lead weekly and monthly reporting calls with clients, breaking down business results and performance drivers in a clear, compelling way.
You’ll maintain quality control across reports, ensuring flawless execution and clear readability.
Project Management:
You’ll own and oversee the progress and delivery of account deliverables through Slack, ClickUp, and deliverable trackers.
By proactively managing priorities, you’ll maintain an efficient, organized workflow that ensures seamless execution.
Requirements
What makes you a great fit:
️ Experience: You have 3-5 years of successful hands-on client strategy experience in an agency environment, with a proven ability to lead meetings, present performance data confidently, and implement effective tactics to drive results.
