Job Title: Senior UX Designer

Job Location: Plano, TX.(onsite)

Job Type: Contract

Responsibilities

Design clean, user-friendly interfaces from concept to handoff—wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final assets

Develop and refine user flows that align with both business goals and user behavior

Gather and apply insights from user interviews, surveys, and usability testing

Identify pain points and propose UX improvements based on real user data

Maintain visual consistency across web experiences using shared design systems

Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation Continuously evolve the platform’s design language and components

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in UI/UX design, especially within B2B or SaaS environments

Portfolio that highlights thoughtful UX thinking and polished visual design

Proficiency in Figma and comfort designing responsive web experiences

Ability to conduct user research and translate insights into design decisions

Organized and self-motivated—you’re comfortable juggling a few projects at once

Clear communicator who can explain design rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
