Program Manager

Role Objective: strategic planning, stakeholder management, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and ensuring successful program delivery, while also monitoring program performance and driving continuous improvement.

This role will be instrumental in driving organization wide program to deliver multimillion dollar software development & implementation across geographies (180 countries). This will be achieved via mix of Tier1 vendor partners, Internal IT teams & Business teams. Responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to;

Program prioritization – Working with teams to establish Program Charter, Plan including timelines, Risk & Mitigation governance framework, and Commercial prudence. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in technical program management, a structured approach and the ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and business functions.

Software development lifecycle understanding – from requirement gathering to BRD sign-off; Development & Integration; Testing – Test cases, test preparation (Unit, UAT, SIT, etc.); Change Control Board involvement; Data strategy including current MDM, Training & Manuals, Production migration, Hypercare to BAU. Incident & Change Management.

Effective Communications via RACI matrix & interlocks. Preparation of review materials for SteerCo & Working Committee. Meeting cadence & follow ups on Action items. Using Escalation matrix to bring governance.

Fiscal prudence – understanding of budget, utilization, Contracts & payouts on milestones. & ROI - CAPEX & OPEX savings and /or cost avoidance

Resource Optimization, Planning & Scheduling – assess available resources and their attributes. Accordingly, identify resource gaps and develop comprehensive resource plans and meet program objectives and deadlines effectively.

Candidate criterion:

Technical Mindset with above mentioned education along with Project /Program management certification - PMP/Agile (Scrum)/Prince 2, etc. Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).

7+ years of experience in technology program management, technology consulting, or PMO roles in fast-paced environments; experience in large scale projects across multiple geographies.

Communications – both verbal & written for Stakeholders, Vendor partners & Cross Functional team; experience in creating visual content (presentations, videos, updates) to communicate project progress and strategic direction.

Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and ability to handle ambiguity, robust understanding of Technology & implications in large enterprise. High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
