In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation workflows to support our digital marketing operations. Your work will help streamline internal processes, improve campaign delivery, and enhance overall operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

Design and implement automated workflows using Make.com

Build automations using tools like VAPI, voice agents, and custom API integrations

Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues quickly and effectively

Develop test cases and ensure thorough quality assurance

Collaborate with internal teams to identify automation opportunities

Document automation processes and maintain system integrity Qualifications

Proven expertise in Make.com and workflow automation

Experience with VAPI, voice agents, or conversational automation tools

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Ability to write clean, scalable, and well-documented automation flows

Understanding of digital marketing tools and how automation can enhance them

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote environment
