Overview:
The Sr. Manager of Performance & Growth Marketing will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of full-funnel performance and lifecycle marketing strategies. This role will oversee paid media, email/SMS campaigns, and retargeting initiatives, and will partner cross-functionally to deliver impactful, brand-aligned campaigns. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist and executor, with a strong background in DTC digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
Performance & Growth Strategy
Lead performance marketing across paid media platforms, including Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels.
Partner with the SVP of Marketing to develop strategic frameworks for digital growth, including budget planning, channel mix, and forecasting.
Identify and quantify growth opportunities through analytics, competitive research, and market trends.
Build and maintain test-and-learn plans to optimize customer acquisition and performance outcomes.
Analyze funnel performance, conversion paths, and campaign efficiency to guide data-driven decision-making.
Lifecycle & Retention Marketing
Own the customer lifecycle strategy including segmentation, automation, and retention campaigns across email and SMS channels.
Develop and optimize lifecycle journeys such as welcome series, post-purchase flows, replenishment, and win-back campaigns.
Leverage platforms such as Klaviyo and Postscript to drive personalized, trigger-based messaging.
Monitor key KPIs including repeat rate, churn, LTV, and cohort behaviors to inform strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Campaign Planning
Work closely with Creative, Merchandising, Planning, and Web Ops teams to align messaging and content across customer touchpoints.
Translate customer insights into actionable creative briefs and campaign strategies.
Drive alignment between product launches, seasonal campaigns, and performance marketing initiatives.
Optimization & Reporting
Analyze performance marketing data and build attribution models that inform media mix and investment strategies.
Create full-funnel reporting dashboards that track performance against business goals.
Provide visual data storytelling and insights that inform business-wide decision-making.
Qualifications:
Required
5 - 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or CRM roles, ideally within a DTC e-commerce environment.
Hands-on expertise in campaign management across Meta, Google Ads (Search, Shopping), and TikTok.
Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Attentive).
Strong analytical skills and fluency in marketing KPIs, funnel metrics, A/B testing, and reporting tools.
Proven track record of scaling performance and retention strategies in a fast-paced environment.
Experience collaborating with creative and merchandising teams to execute integrated campaigns.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to brief and critique performance-driven creative.
Preferred
Experience working in or with home, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
Familiarity with loyalty or referral programs and customer segmentation frameworks.
Knowledge of reporting tools, including Looker, Google Analytics, and Power BI
Entrepreneurial mindset and understanding of DTC profitability metrics (ROAS, CAC, contribution margin).
