The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, employee relations, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
Responsibilities
Develop and oversee new hire orientation, create employee packets, conduct new employee orientations, handle all onboarding efforts including: schedule drug screens, and employee termination process
Handle any leaves of absence
Administer benefits and complete enrollments
Handle any workers comp reports and work with the injured employee and the insurance company
Employee relations
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal responsibilities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
