What You'll Do

Lead the design and development of advanced electrical power generation systems and components.

Guide project teams through design, manufacturing, and test phases, ensuring technical excellence and schedule adherence.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering groups to align design intent with performance, safety, and regulatory standards.

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Serve as a key technical liaison across departments and with external partners and clients.

Develop and validate testing protocols; analyze results and implement corrective actions where needed.

Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.

Represent engineering solutions and progress updates to internal stakeholders and customer teams.

What You Bring

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace, Electrical, or Systems Engineering (or related field).

10+ years of experience in electrical systems or aerospace engineering, with demonstrated technical leadership.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a systems-level mindset.

Experience working in regulated environments with cross-functional design teams.

Deep knowledge of design validation, regulatory compliance, and system integration best practices.

Excellent communication and project coordination skills.

Bonus Points For

Background in electrical systems for aerospace platforms.

Familiarity with tools such as DOORS, Windchill RV&S, CATIA, SolidWorks, or similar.

Exposure to Model-Based Design for system simulation and control strategies.

Experience with standards related to complex hardware/software integration.
