Are you a hands-on Mechanical Engineer who thrives in high-tech manufacturing environments? Ready to take ownership of automation, safety, and system design projects from concept to completion?

This isn’t your average engineering desk job. You’ll play a key role in a fast-paced Tier 1 automotive supply plant, working cross-functionally with production, maintenance, and leadership teams across all shifts.

What You’ll Do

Lead automation and capital improvement projects

Design, modify, and implement mechanical systems for efficient, safe production

Provide day-to-day support to maintenance and production

Ensure OSHA compliance and ergonomic system design

What You Bring

Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)

2+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing plant

Strong CAD, project management, and communication skills

Experience with pneumatics/hydraulics or robotics? That’s a big plus
