What You’ll Be Doing
Planning, organizing, and managing all quality assurance activities.
Collaborating on new programs, supplier evaluations, and continuous improvement projects.
Implementing and maintaining ISO standards and supporting manufacturing quality controls.
Utilizing statistical process control tools to improve production processes.
Leading, developing, and motivating a high-performing QA team.
About You
Proven experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and AS9100.
Strong background in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (certified green belt preferred).
Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a creative, flexible approach to teamwork.
