Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the sales of photovoltaic module products in the North American market, executing and achieving the company's annual sales plan.
2. Implement to obtain orders increase sales value, control costs, expand product sales in the responsible region, actively complete sales volume targets, and increase market share.
3. Maintain good communication with customers, grasp customer needs in real-time, and provide proactive, enthusiastic, satisfactory, and thoughtful services.
4. Handle inquiries, quotations, and negotiate contract terms and signing according to the company's products, prices, and market strategies.
5. Keep abreast of market prices and regularly provide the company with market analysis and forecast reports.
6. Maintain and develop new sales channels and customers, independently develop and expand upstream and downstream users, especially end-users.
7. Collect first-line marketing information and customer feedback to provide reference opinions for the company's marketing strategies and after-sales services.
Key Competencies:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in marketing or other management-related majors.
2. More than 5 years of sales experience in the photovoltaic industry or energy related products, with a certain customer base and customer relationships.
3. Strong communication and business negotiation skills, good pressure resistance, and organizational coordination abilities.
4. Familiar with the entire photovoltaic industry chain, with good customer resources in the photovoltaic cell industry.
5. Have the ability to independently develop customers, public relations capabilities, negotiation skills, planning, and organizational abilities.
6. Proactive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and good communication and coordination skills.
