We're Hiring: Principal Application Developer – Hybrid in Los Angeles, CA

In this hybrid role based in Los Angeles, you'll work with a passionate team driving forward public health and infrastructure through cutting-edge technology. From modernizing legacy systems to building secure, cloud-native applications, your work will make a real difference.

What You’ll Do:

Lead full-stack development using C#.NET, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Razor Pages, Web APIs

Build intuitive, scalable front-ends using React, AngularJS, jQuery, Bootstrap

Design and implement RESTful APIs for secure, high-performance integration

Develop and optimize complex SQL queries using SQL Server and Oracle

Champion CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and version control with Azure DevOps & GitHub

Collaborate across IT, QA, business, and vendor teams to deliver high-impact solutions

Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions and best practices

Tech Environment:

Languages/Frameworks: C#.NET, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Razor, JavaScript (React, AngularJS)

Databases: SQL Server, Oracle

Tools: Azure DevOps, GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes

Methodologies: Agile/Scrum, CI/CD

Cloud: Azure (preferred), AWS, Google Cloud

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in large-scale web application development

Strong understanding of cloud-based architecture, modern design patterns, and system integration

Hands-on leadership or technical architecture experience a plus

Passion for building secure, high-performance solutions that scale

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
