The Data Solutions team is seeking a Solutions Delivery Lead to manage, organize & drive activities for multiple complex solutions and projects. This role is a blend of project management alongside business, systems, and data analysis resources. Successful Solutions Delivery Lead will:

Work to define solution scope and develop the roadmap for meeting various solution deliverables

Direct & collaborate with designated resources from the Data and Tech Solutions teams to oversee and deliver entire solution life cycle (plan > design > development > testing > go-live) for offerings such as:

Custom App & Website Dev

Business Intelligence & Data Visualization

BPM & Automation

Microsoft Modern Workplace

Security & Compliance Monitoring

Work with Client Account Managers to identify and report:

Solution status

Resource demand

Risks & Issues

Establish and maintain excellent client relationships

Handle communications including but not limited to:

Ad-hoc requests

Meetings

Agendas

Meeting minutes

Presentations

Qualifications (provide details on skills needed & competency):

Essential Job Skills/Experience:

Minimum 2 years in a related role

Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Teams, Excel

Ability to manage, organize, and drive activities for multiple complex solutions simultaneously, overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resources

Minimum 2 years in a related role

Ability to positively influence and lead others

Propensity to take ownership & accountability for undefined or undeveloped areas

Technical knowledge

Analytical thinking
