Superintendent

We are looking for a Superintendent in the Columbus area specializing in Healthcare, City, and Education work with a local medium sized general contractor.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day construction activities on-site, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and material procurement.

Ensure adherence to project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.

Monitor progress and quality of work, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.

Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and change orders.

Conduct regular site inspections to enforce safety protocols and quality control measures.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate subcontractor teams.

Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to maintain a high level of quality throughout the project

Ability to meet or beat project schedules and budgets.

Offer

$100,000 - $115,000 salary based on experience
