We’re looking for ambitious, sharp, and motivated Sales Trainees to join our growing team. This is a unique, hands-on training opportunity for individuals looking to grow into a Junior Sales Account Executive role within the healthcare and laboratory supply industry.

We’re looking for candidates with some exposure to customer-facing environments, sales internships, or science-related fields, who are eager to grow and learn.

What You’ll Do

Support Sales Account Executives with lead generation, outreach, and research.

Shadow client meetings and sales calls to learn consultative selling techniques.

Assist with quote preparation, service bids, and CRM data entry.

Help qualify inbound leads and contribute to outbound prospecting campaigns.

Participate in client visits, vendor meetings, and industry events.

Learn to navigate Client’s product catalog and service offerings.

Build foundational knowledge of laboratory, research, and clinical environments.

Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to support client needs.

Prepare for promotion into an Account Executive role through clear milestones.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

Bachelor’s degree preferred (Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related).

1–2 years of work experience or internships in sales, customer service, or related fields.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Genuine interest in sales, healthcare, or life sciences.

Proactive, coachable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Basic knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
