SME - RF Power Engineer
We are seeking a subject matter expert to lead the development and implementation of fabrication systems used in the production of medical device products.
This role involves working with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, develop innovative solutions, and ensure compliance with global regulatory standards. The position emphasizes expertise in radio frequency (RF) power systems and their application in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership and documentation for energized fabrication projects.
Coordinate internal and external resources to develop complete design documentation.
Select and manage design consultants and vendors for equipment and services.
Oversee project execution to ensure safety, quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
Lead project teams from concept through validation.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements.
Serve as the subject matter expert for RF fabrication technologies during audits and inspections.
Support maintenance and engineering teams in troubleshooting fabrication equipment.
Build internal expertise through documentation, training, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or related STEM field.
5 years of experience with RF power systems in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in a regulated industry, preferably pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing.
