Senior Backend Engineer

We are working with the founder of an AI-powered networking planning app that helps enterprises, cities, and wireless network planners create and maintain seamless, large-scale networks for indoor and smart city connectivity applications. They are looking to bring on a full-time/staff Senior Backend Engineer. Details below:

Location: Hybrid / NYC (Williamsburg) 4 days a week for the first year, flexible after

Comp: $200k+ base and generous early-stage equity

Backend Engineer:

Tech Stack: AWS and PostgreSQL, utilizing GPUs for scientific calculations, Django as the API layer

Startup experience analyzing and optimizing backend systems and efficiencies

Familiarity with GPU utilization for scientific calculations and knowledge of embedded C code libraries

8+ years of Backend development experience

You MUST be based in Brooklyn or Manhattan, and this role does not offer a relocation package. We cannot support visas at this time, and we are not open to a C2C contract.
