Role Overview

As an IT Support Executive, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring seamless IT operations across the organization. From network administration to system maintenance and cyber security — your expertise will keep our tech running smoothly and securely.

Key Responsibilities

Provide on-site and remote technical support to staff and clients

Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripherals

Manage Windows Server, Linux systems, and cloud infrastructure

Implement updates, backups, and security patches

Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards (SEBI CSCRF, ISO 27001, Cert-In)

Maintain data confidentiality and system reliability

What We're Looking For

Graduate with a degree or certification in IT / Computer Science (mandatory)

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support (stock broking domain preferred)

Strong understanding of networking, databases, cybersecurity trends

Knowledge of regulatory IT frameworks in finance

Certifications like CompTIA, MCSE, or CCNA are a plus
