We are actively looking for a Full-Time Program Supervisor to assist clinical staff providing services in our Outpatient program by providing orientation, oversight, supervision, training, and support.
SAGE has offices throughout the Phoenix Valley - we are looking for a Program Supervisor in the Greater Phoenix area!

Qualifications:
Required: Minimum of Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, Social Work, Criminal Justice, or Human Services field
Required: Minimum of an associate level licensed (licensed by AZ-BBHE)
Preferred: Independent Level Licensed, preferred (licensed by AZ-BBHE)
Highly preferred: At least two (2) years’ experience providing substance abuse counseling and group counseling
Preferred: Experience and skills in staff supervision, training, and managerial principles and practices
