About the Role
A dynamic and growing financial services firm in Carlsbad is seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Coordinator to join their team. This is a full-time, on-site, contract-to-hire opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys a blend of administrative support, client interaction, and light sales and marketing coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Manage calendars and schedule meetings
Coordinate use of conference rooms and prepare for meetings
Provide administrative support including data entry, email correspondence, and CRM updates (Salesforce)
Assist with office supply management and general office upkeep
Support sales and marketing efforts as needed Qualifications
1+ year of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Professional demeanor and a proactive, team-oriented attitude
