Hardscaping Crew Leader

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Hardscaping Crew Leader to oversee and execute hardscaping projects, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in hardscaping, strong leadership skills, and a clean driving record to operate company vehicles.

Lead a crew of 2-5 team members on hardscaping projects, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to project timelines.

Install hardscape features such as pavers, stone walls, fire pits, and outdoor kitchens.

Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and project specifications.

Safely operate and maintain equipment, including skid steers, excavators, and hand tools.

Drive company vehicles to job sites, ensuring timely arrival and safe transport of materials.

Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Train and mentor crew members to develop their skills.

Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and hours worked.Company Description
