We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support our sales operations and customer service functions, helping clients find innovative security and access control solutions tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively engage with new and existing customers via phone, email, and CRM tools
Provide expert guidance on architectural hardware and smart lock product lines
Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on sales inquiries
Build long-term relationships with contractors, architects, facility managers, and end-users
Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends
Collaborate with outside sales and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience (construction or hardware industry preferred)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Tech-savvy with an interest in smart home/IoT solutions
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
Knowledge of door hardware, access control, or locksmithing is a major bonus
