Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain production schedules that align with customer demands, inventory levels, and manufacturing capacity.

• Partner with procurement and inventory teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.

• Assess production capacity to identify bottlenecks and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.

• Monitor and adjust order schedules in response to changes in demand, urgent orders, or production delays.

• Collaborate with production, warehouse, quality assurance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.

• Manage inventory to maintain optimal stock levels, preventing shortages or overstock situations.

• Develop and analyze reports on production metrics, using insights to propose process improvements.

• Ensure all production activities adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.• Proficiency in business systems such as Cargowise, CRM, and ERP solutions.

• Solid understanding of logistics, production planning, and inventory management.

• Strong communication skills for effective coordination with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with customs and billing functions.

• Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful production reports.

• Knowledge of compliance standards and safety regulations.

• Customer service skills to address inquiries and ensure satisfaction.

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
