Position Summary:

This role helps lead and support the optimization of the financial operations of our organization. This position requires a seasoned finance professional with a strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and excellent leadership skills. The Corporate FP&A Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial planning, analysis, and reporting initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):

Lead the development and execution of financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify areas for performance improvement.

Financial Reporting:

Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Strategic Financial Management:

Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's global objectives.

Evaluate financial performance against key performance indicators and recommend corrective actions as needed.

Risk Management:

Assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential challenges.

Stay abreast of market trends, economic indicators, and industry benchmarks to inform decision-making.

Team Leadership and Development:

Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide professional development opportunities to team members.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with other departments, including Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain, to ensure alignment of financial objectives with overall business goals.

Act as a strategic partner to various business units, providing financial insights and support.

Process Improvement:

Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency of financial operations.

Leverage technology and data analytics to streamline financial processes.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or advanced finance qualification is highly desirable.

Experience:

Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Background in manufacturing or a related industry is preferred.

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.

Advanced knowledge of financial systems and software.

Proficiency in using ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.

Leadership Skills:

Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strategic Thinking:

Demonstrated ability to think strategically and contribute to the development of business strategies.

Sound decision-making skills with a focus on long-term objectives.

Global Perspective:

Experience working in a global or multinational company is a plus.

Understanding of international accounting standards and regulatory frameworks.

Adaptability:

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
