Schedule: Mon 9am-2pm, Tues-Thurs 8a-5p, and the first Friday of the month 8a-3p

Credentialing Timeframe: Quick Credentialing

Requirements:

Must have active SC license

Bread & Butter Dentistry

Must have applicable certifications
