Work Model: Hybrid after 60 days

Base Salary: $100,000-$110,000/year

Job Description:

We are seeking a client-focused, entry-level Associate Attorney to join our plaintiff-side Lemon Law practice. This role is perfect for a recent law school graduate who enjoys working directly with clients and is eager to develop their legal career.

The primary focus of this position will be communicating with clients, providing case updates, and ensuring they fully understand their legal options throughout the litigation process. This role will also involve case management, legal research, and drafting legal documents.

Responsibilities:

Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing case updates and addressing inquiries regarding their lemon law claims.

Case Management: Oversee assigned cases, track deadlines, and ensure all filings are completed in a timely manner.

Legal Research & Drafting: Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements under attorney supervision.

Negotiation & Settlement: Work with opposing counsel, manufacturers, and clients to reach favorable settlements.

Court Filings & Appearances: Assist with drafting court documents and attend hearings or mediation sessions as necessary.

Collaboration: Work closely with senior attorneys and paralegals to develop legal strategies and ensure excellent client representation.

Qualifications:

Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Bar Admission: Licensed to practice law in California (REQUIRED).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple cases efficiently.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
