Position Overview:

We’re hiring a two to three Landscape Construction Foreman to lead boots-on-the-ground field operations on active job sites. You will oversee crews, ensure adherence to plans/specs, coordinate with Project Managers and GCs, and drive daily productivity and quality control. This is a leadership role requiring someone who can execute under pressure, make decisions in the field, and hold the team accountable without excuses.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage landscape construction crews on commercial job sites

Interpret construction plans, layout work, and coordinate site logistics

Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification

Schedule and manage equipment, deliveries, and subcontractors

Maintain daily logs, track progress, and report field updates to Project Manager

Serve as point of contact for GC superintendents and inspectors

Train new crew members and enforce site discipline and safety compliance

Perform hands-on work when necessary to drive productivity or meet deadlines

Minimum Requirements:

5+ years of commercial landscape construction experience

2+ years in a leadership or supervisory field role

Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, civil plans, and irrigation layouts

Solid knowledge of landscape installation methods, irrigation systems, and hardscape materials

Proficient with layout tools, laser levels, trenchers, skid steers, etc.

Clean driving record and reliable transportation

Construction Certifications/Licenses a Plus - Irrigation Tech/ TNLA / Osha10 / Osha 30 / Forklift, Skidsteer, Excavator certifications

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Must be able to pass background and drug screening

Work Environment:

Outdoor commercial job sites (heat, cold, dust, etc.)

Fast-paced, physically demanding, team-oriented culture
