About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead one of our busy pizza locations in Billings, Montana. The ideal candidate will have strong operational skills, excellent team leadership, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and quality food delivery

Manage, train, and develop a team of employees to foster a positive work environment and high performance

Maintain inventory, place orders, and control food and labor costs to meet budget goals

Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards

Handle scheduling, payroll, and employee performance management

Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction

Maintain store appearance and cleanliness standards

Drive sales and profitability by implementing marketing and promotional activities

Collaborate with regional management to achieve company goals

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant management experience preferred, ideally in a pizza or fast-casual QSR environment

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
