Experienced CNC Lathe Programmer:
The Experienced CNC Lathe Programmer will be responsible for programming our CNC turning machines. This role requires an ability to write programs at the machine, a strong understanding of Fanuc, problem solving skills, attention to detail, & the ability to work collaboratively. We have operators that will run the part once it is programmed. This position will require running parts as needed based on our production schedule.
CAD/CAM Software knowledge is a bonus. Ability to program 5 axis CNC Machine a plus.
Pay range: $35+ per hour based on experience.
This is a Full Time (40 hours/week) 1st shift position with flexible start times. Members of our team start between 5am-8am. We want to work with your schedule.

Larke Machine is a family owned CNC shop in Waukesha & has been in business for over 50 years. Our long-term customers are large OEMs, with a majority of our parts being low volume runs. Part sizes range from 2” through 20” diameter & up to 80 inches in length for: facing, turning, boring, & threading on products having exacting tolerance and finish requirements per blueprint specifications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Interpret technical drawings & blueprints to create accurate machine programs.
Write and edit programs for our CNC Turning Machines.
Machine parts as needed based on production schedule.
Train other team members as needed.
Use micrometers, vernier, thread gages, bore gages & various other precision measuring equipment to set up, adjust and inspect parts.
Troubleshoot machine or quality problems.
Adhere to attendance policies, must be reliable in reporting to work.
Complete documentation and paperwork as requested.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour based on experience
