Your Role:
As an Enrollment Specialist, you’ll guide clients through their health insurance options, focusing on ACA/Obamacare plans. You’ll help them understand their choices, apply for subsidies, and enroll in coverage that fits their needs.
Responsibilities:
Assist individuals and families with ACA health insurance enrollment.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of plans and marketplace guidelines.
Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up.
Meet individual performance goals and agency benchmarks.
Keep accurate records of client interactions and applications.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a passion for helping others.
Comfortable using technology and learning new platforms.
Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a bonus!
