Job Summary:

Fuji Food is hiring experienced Machine Operators for our food manufacturing facility in NC. Candidates must have previous machine operation experience, ideally in companies like Tyson Foods.

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain food production machinery

Perform setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting

Ensure product quality and safety standards

Complete routine cleaning and documentation

Follow GMP, HACCP, and safety protocols

Requirements:

1+ year of machine operating experience in food manufacturing

Able to work in cold environments and lift up to 50 lbs

Reliable, detail-oriented, and flexible with shift hours

Preferred:

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Forklift certification a plus

Pay: $18/hour + benefits after probation
