We are looking for a Senior Project Manager licensed architect, education experience is preferred but not required
We are offering a straight path to ownership for someone in this role, over market salaries and sign on bonus
Min. Prerequisites:
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
Licensed Architect
Familiar with Revit Job Description:
Primarily K-12 project management
Effectively coordinates project efforts
Serves as primary client liaison
Prepares strategic plans
Estimates scope of work and cost estimates for new projects
Leads master planning efforts
Prepares projections and billings
Successful management of multiple teams on multiple projects
Coordination of project teams
Setting and adhering to schedules
Managing budget to a 15%+ net profit
Continual client interaction
Collaborate with Managing Principal for business development opportunities
