\n Job Function:\nNight Shift.\n3x12: 7pm - 7:30am.\n Manage care for adult and pediatric patients facing life-threatening conditions requiring complex assessment and high-intensity interventions.\n\n Provide support, education, and comfort to patients and their families throughout the emergency room experience.\n\n Communicate closely with the healthcare team and independently identify the need for early intervention.\n\n Prepare patients for surgery or diagnostic testing.\n\n Perform IV insertion, intubation, medication administration, blood draws, and other medical procedures as needed.\n\n\n Job Requirements:\nGraduate from an accredited School of Nursing or hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).\nPossess a current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state of New York.\n2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience is required.\nCertification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) from the American Heart Association is required.\n\n\n\t \nDisclosure: The hourly rates and/or salaries listed may or may not reflect total compensation packages including bonus and fringe benefits, etc., nor are the advertisement(s) posted a guarantee of a certain compensation package for a position or bona fide offer of employment.
