Who You Are:
A seasoned retail and event operations leader with a strong background in multi-location retail management.
5+ years of experience driving sales performance, customer satisfaction, and team development.
An enthusiastic mentor and coach with a passion for building high-performance teams.
Adept at planning and executing pop-up shops, trade shows, or event-based retail experiences.
Someone who thrives on strategy, logistics, and delivering unforgettable customer service—whether in a store aisle or under a show tent.
What You’ll Do:
Lead operations at our flagship store in Chagrin Falls, OH.
Oversee the planning and execution of major retail events, including the American Quarter Horse Congress, Kentucky 3 Day Event, and more…
Develop and implement sales strategies and customer engagement plans that align with our brand values.
Recruit, train, and empower retail teams to exceed expectations.
Establish a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence in every retail and event touchpoint.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, eCommerce, product, and logistics teams.
