Job Description

Vincere Management Group is excited to announce an available position for a B2B Sales Representative in our dynamic sales department. As we continue to expand our operations and reach within various industrial markets, there is a requirement for a dedicated and strategic sales professional to join our full-time team. This role is on-site and does not offer remote working facilities.

The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in furthering our reach, acquiring new business deals, and maintaining the satisfaction of our existing client base. This position demands a strong understanding of business-to-business sales dynamics and a proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and sustain solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.

Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.

Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals.

Prepare sales proposals and presentations to pitch product/service lines to clients.

Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, etc.

Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.

Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.

Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up mechanisms.

Identify new markets and opportunities for business expansion.

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales; experience in related industry preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or relevant field.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an aptitude for persuasion and negotiation.

Ability to create and deliver client-focused solutions based on customer needs.

Excellent analytical and time-management skills.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High degree of professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles.

Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.

Availability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

Working knowledge of CRM software and MS Office Suite.
