**Vision:** Empowering individuals aged 18-30 and learners of all ages to become stress-free impact leaders who create meaningful change in their communities through Voice Up's five core principles: **Collaboration, Humility, Precision, Patience, and Empathy**.

**Mission:** Combining Oneness Generation's proven Stress Free Zone methodology with Voice Up's principles to develop leaders who operate from inner peace while driving social impact across 1,100 cities in 60 countries.

America faces an unprecedented **loneliness epidemic**:

- 61% of young adults aged 18-25 report serious loneliness

- 30% of adults experience loneliness weekly

- 81% of lonely adults suffer anxiety or depression
