Enterprise Solution Architect – Google Cloud

Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborates with Application Architects, Enterprise Solution Architects, Product Managers, Business Partners, Domain Architects, Senior Leadership
Contributes to business workstream/program initiatives, epic solutions, system capability evaluations, vendor evaluations, architecture best practices, architecture patterns, guiding principles, architecture governance
Primary Responsibilities
Analyze high-level functional requirements defined by the business
Provide direction and clarity for Application Architects
Design system integration patterns
Provide oversight, governance, and support for federated architecture
Ensure Application Architects are in alignment with solutions
Identify technical constraints
Identify technical debt and recommend paths to resolution
Influence technology and vendor decisions
Secondary Responsibilities
Design and evaluate proofs of concept and prototypes
Periodic analysis and refresh of architecture standards and patterns
Provide support for target state architecture designs
Consult for technology roadmaps

Business partners
Product Managers
Chief Segment Architects, Enterprise Architects, Other Enterprise Solution Architects, Application Architects
Deliverables
Conceptual and/or logical architecture solutions for high level initiatives, incorporating remediation of technical debt when possible
Use cases and examples to showcase architecture standards and patterns
Proposals for new/updated standards and patterns
Non-functional requirement definitions
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree OR 7+ years of related experience
Facilitate adherence to architecture standards and patterns
Oversee architecture at a program level initiative
Define non-functional requirements to ensure scalability, reliability, performance, and maintainability
Partner with the business to identify operational and financial efficiencies
Hands on Cloud (GCP / AWS / Azure)
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred hands on Google Cloud architecture.
IT experience designing architectures and delivering information systems including data/information architecture, technical infrastructure, architecture and application architecture

Compensation Range:Total Base Pay Range Total Base Pay Range 93,000.00 -189,000.00 USD Annual
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
