### Program Overview

**Vision:** Empowering individuals aged 18-30 and learners of all ages to become stress-free impact leaders who create meaningful change in their communities through Voice Up's five core principles: **Collaboration, Humility, Precision, Patience, and Empathy**.

**Mission:** Combining Oneness Generation's proven Stress Free Zone methodology with Voice Up's principles to develop leaders who operate from inner peace while driving social impact across 1,100 cities in 60 countries.

### The Crisis We Address

America faces an unprecedented **loneliness epidemic**:

- 61% of young adults aged 18-25 report serious loneliness

- 30% of adults experience loneliness weekly

- 81% of lonely adults suffer anxiety or depression

- Traditional approaches have failed to address these systemic issues

Our program creates leaders who combat loneliness by fostering genuine connections and mobilizing collective action toward shared purpose across all generations.

### Program Structure

**3-Month Foundation** featuring **6 mandatory Stress Free Zone workshops**:

1. **Nurturing a Healthy Brain** - PRECISION: Optimize cognitive function for community-focused decision-making

2. **An Attentive Mind** - PATIENCE: Develop sustained presence for deep listening

3. **Being Yourself** - HUMILITY: Lead authentically, creating psychological safety

4. **Power Over Anger** - EMPATHY: Transform conflict into community-building opportunities

5. **Relieving Anxiety** - COLLABORATION: Build collective resilience systems

6. **Calming Stress** - INTEGRATION: Synthesize principles for sustainable leadership

Our project is a first step in raising awareness about a national health epidemic. All proceeds are reinvested directly into proactive strategies for improving behavioral health among youth, teens, and young adults in collaboration with community partners.

We sponsor every day people of all ages struggling with behavioral health challenges that are committed to making a sincere change in their life towards their purpose. We match then with mentors for the long term.

Our youth, teens, and young adults are reporting the highest levels of loneliness on record according to the U.S. Surgeon General. Our work is going to help change that through simple actions that bring people together for the common good, focused on lifting people up, and creating stronger in person connections.
