Key Responsibilities

Business Systems Analysis and Application Oversight

Manage relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB).

Oversee user access, backups, disaster recovery, and performance optimization.

Troubleshoot application issues and collaborate with development teams.

Analyze business processes and recommend systems improvements.

IT Coordination and Infrastructure Oversight

Act as the internal IT liaison, managing escalations and vendor support.

Ensure service providers meet SLAs and deliver reliable system performance.

Support network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, cloud platforms).

Monitor cybersecurity tools (firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption).

Desired Skills and Experience (If you don't meet 100 percent, don't let that stop you from applying)

Five or more years of experience in IT coordination, business analysis, or infrastructure support.

Strong proficiency in SQL and database management.

Familiarity with networking protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs.

Experience with system security, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Background working with managed service providers (MSPs) highly desirable.

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience (or relevant hands-on expertise).

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Work Schedule and Travel Expectations

Monday through Friday, standard business hours (Primary support location: Avilla, IN).

Occasional travel to Illinois and Wisconsin(Overnight stays may be required).

Support remote employees and after-hours maintenance as needed.
