A-Line Staffing is now hiring a MinuteClinic Nurse Practitioner. The Nurse Practitioner will be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Compensation:

The pay for this position is $74.87 per hour

Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Highlights:

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

The required availability for this position is 40 hours per week, including every other weekend; no on-call

Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based patient care in a retail clinic setting for patients 18 months and older

Perform accurate assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and disposition planning

Educate patients on maintaining proper health to influence quality outcomes

Document all patient care within an electronic health record system

Support and collaborate with clinic teams and retail colleagues to maintain a positive work environment

Manage clinical and non-clinical tasks and respond to patient care inquiries throughout the day

Assist in hiring and mentoring Practice employees

Validate insurance coverage and incorporate into care planning

Demonstrate the CVS Health core values in all communications and interactions

Requirements:

2+ years of professional experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner

Must be able to work onsite as needed in a MinuteClinic location

Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by start date (medical/religious exemptions permitted)

Education:

Required: High School Diploma or GED

Required: Completion of a Master's degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program

Required: Current National Board Certification and license to practice in the state of employment as an Advanced Practice Nurse

DEA registration may be required at time of offer

Provide work related health care services to patients

Manage patients for wound care services

Perform routine diagnostic and therapeutic procedures according to established protocols and current standards for acute care nurse practitioner practice
