Your duties as an Entry Level Customer Service Associate will include (but will not be limited to):

Act as the primary point of contact for business clients.

Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve client issues efficiently and professionally.

Process orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery.

Handle order changes, returns, and replacements as needed.

Update client records and ensure accuracy in CRM systems.

Follow up on service satisfaction and gather client feedback.

Communicate client feedback internally to help improve products and services.

Maintain detailed records of client interactions and service activities.

Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends.

Qualifications

Below are our requirements for the Entry Level Customer Service Associate role:

A high school diploma or equivalent (required) or;

Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)

Excellent written and verbal communication

Strong interpersonal skills

Can multitask effectively and stay calm under pressure

Willing to work shifting schedules

Basic computer skills (knowledge of CRM tools is a plus)
