Industrial Machine Maintenance Technician (6a-6p) Compensation

• The pay for this position is $38.98 per hour (base $35.12 + shift diff + weekend premium)

• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Industrial Machine Maintenance Technician (6a-6p) Highlights

• This position is a contract-to-hire assignment with potential to convert based on performance, attendance, and business needs

• The required availability for this position is C Shift, Friday-Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Work 36 hours, Paid 40)

Industrial Machine Maintenance Technician (6a-6p) Responsibilities

• Perform routine setup, operation, preventative maintenance (PM), troubleshooting, and repairs on complex/automated manufacturing equipment

• Ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime across production lines

• Execute mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical maintenance activities

• Prioritize and execute daily work assignments, PM schedules, and corrective maintenance

• Support installation, debugging, and start-up of new or modified production equipment

• Perform changeovers and operator-level maintenance as needed

• Assist in root cause analysis for product or process exceptions

• Document all safety, maintenance, and quality reports accurately

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams

Industrial Machine Maintenance Technician (6a-6p)Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• 4+ years of relevant experience OR 2+ years with a related technical certificate

• Experience in at least one of the following roles/fields:

Electrical/Electronics Technician

Electromechanical Technician

Mechanical Engineering Technician

Industrial Programmer

Electrician

Machine Builder/Repairer

Machinist

Welding Repairer

• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days.

Industrial Machine Maintenance Technician (6a-6p) Preferred Qualifications

• Strong skills in troubleshooting Industrial Control Systems (e.g., ladder logic, PLCs, VFDs, robotics, etc.)

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, SAP maintenance modules, and machine documentation

• Mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical aptitude including:

Sensor technology

Multimeter usage

Gearboxes, motors, chains, belts

Basic plumbing and machining

Troubleshooting up to 480 VAC

• Effective communicator with good team collaboration and time management skills
